Campaigning for the Working Family with Massachusetts State Rep Candidate Tracy Post
Tracy Post is a native of Cape Cod and is currently running for the State Representative seat for her beloved district. As a wife, daughter, and mother of military veterans, the values of public service, patriotism, and freedom are at the core of who she is and the values she believes in. Tracey has over 20 years of experience working in the government at various local and regional levels, where she focuses on addressing critical issues like public safety, economic development, infrastructure, veteran services, and quality education. Throughout her career, she has served (or is currently serving) as a member of multiple boards and committees, including but not limited to the Yarmouth Planning Board, Yarmouth Affordable Housing Trust, the Dennis-Yarmouth Education Foundation, and the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund Management Board.
Tracey joins me today to discuss what inspired her to run for the Massachusetts State Representative seat and her mission to help bridge the gap between the economy and the state’s workforce housing crisis. We discuss the key issues her campaign is currently focusing on and the current crisis with gas, food, and feminine hygiene products. We discuss why our elected officials should reflect of their state and local population and how women offer a different perspective on various issues in politics.
